She has more than 20 years of experience in finance, leading change and growing businesses through M&A as well as organic growth.

Rothka’s experience spans across several industries including public, private and private equity backed government contracting companies as well public accounting and commercial companies. Her expertise includes financial strategies, accounting, and finance management in diverse industries of aerospace and defense; manufacturing and distribution, and information technology.
