We offer generous external referral bonuses for every hire referred by a person outside our organization. Our referral bonus program is designed to help attract, hire, and retain the very best talent within our industry, while simultaneously offering unaffiliated persons a chance to earn a one-time referral payment for qualified candidates that are hired.
To put it simply - every qualified referral you make that we end up hiring, you'll get paid for - cha-ching!
THE PROCESS
Identify an open position you'd like to refer someone for.
Send us their awesome resume.
Email the candidate's resume to our awesome recruiting team.
We'll send you an email letting you know we've got it from here.
Upon receipt of the resume, we will send you a confirmation email, and may even provide some initial feedback on your candidate.
They get hired, you get paid.
If your referral is hired, and remains with BE/RenXTech for at least 45 days, we'll cut you a fat check!
