Buchanan & Edwards Board of Directors Welcomes New Member, Bill Weber
WASHINGTON, May 18, 2020 — Buchanan & Edwards Inc., an award-winning and fast-growing technology leader delivering transformative solutions for the national security community, announced today that Bill Weber has joined its board of directors.

Having over 30 years of leadership experience in key areas, such as cyber operations and warfare, data analytics, and geospatial intelligence solutions, Weber’s national security-focused expertise will help enhance the company’s delivery of mission-critical solutions to customers. Weber most recently served as President, CEO and board member of KeyW Corporation, where he successfully led the company through a 3+ year transformation focusing on consistent growth and operational discipline − culminating in the sale of KeyW to Jacobs Engineering in the Spring of 2019. Earlier, Weber served as president and chief operating officer with XLA, a technology firm which supports the federal government in areas of national security and diplomacy.
Weber is a graduate of Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science. He also is a graduate of The Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Weber served as a Captain and Airborne Ranger in the U.S. Army and was awarded the Bronze Star for actions during Operation Desert Storm.
