TONY PARCHMENT
CO-FOUNDER & MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Tony Parchment co-founded Buchanan & Edwards and served as President before stepping down in 2015. As Buchanan & Edwards’s President, Tony worked with the leadership team to define the strategic direction for the firm, focusing specifically on identifying new opportunities to implement Buchanan & Edwards solutions that will streamline and improve business processes for new and existing clients. He now serves as an active director and advisor at Buchanan & Edwards, focusing on developing strategies to grow and improve the company.
For over 25 years, Tony has worked in the information technology consulting industry, helping clients design and develop solutions that help them meet their organizational objectives. Prior to co-founding Buchanan & Edwards in 1998, Tony worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Next Computer and Apple, where he developed client/server and web applications in both the commercial and Federal sectors.
Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and has completed executive education courses at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and is a member of Leadership Greater Washington’s Class of 2018.
