1. CA/CIMS

BE created Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution for the U.S. Department of State, Office of Consular Affairs. The Consular Affairs Contract Information Management System (CA/CIMS) provides contracting officers with a dashboard and reporting system that shows them their contract burn rate, tracks period of performance states, and displays many other contract performance metrics. It also handles notifications of invoices and other contract event notifications.

2. NEA

BE performs contract file management and administers contract metadata using Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs.

3. HRSA

BE has deployed InvoiceAnalytix to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), a component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This system receives vendor invoices via the web and provides an automated invoice approval process. This has reduced the processing time dramatically. Instead of mailing or faxing invoices that require manual entry by HRSA staff members, vendors can simply submit them online and they are ingested by InvoiceAnalytix into the approval workflow.

4. DHS

BE performs Microsoft Dynamics CRM operations and maintenance for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Avant project. This is an application originally developed by Microsoft Services and is now managed by BE.
