Beginning in November of 2019, Buchanan & Edwards underwent an extensive appraisal process for both CMMI-DEV Level 4 and CMMI-SVC Level 4 certifications. The CMMI-DEV model is a collection of best practices meant for Software Development & Support Companies to improve their products and as a result to improve customer satisfaction. The CMMI-SVC model provides guidance for applying CMMI best practices in a service provider organization, integrates bodies of knowledge that are essential for a service provider, and focuses on activities for providing quality services to customers and end users.
