Buchanan & Edwards awarded contract with U.S. Library of Congress
WASHINGTON, July 13, 2017 –Buchanan & Edwards Inc., an award-winning and fast-growing technology leader creating transformative solutions for government customers, announced today it has been awarded a contract with the U.S. Library of Congress. As part of the award, Buchanan & Edwards will provide the Library with IT infrastructure, integration and support as the agency migrates from its existing platform, BMC Footprints, to Microsoft ServiceNow, which will modernize and streamline the Library’s technology systems.

By shifting to a new platform, the Library will gain greater IT capabilities, including the use of advanced modules such as Password Reset, Request Fulfillment and Performance Analytics. Additionally, Buchanan & Edwards will be responsible for training up to 15 system administrators at the Library to support its migration to the new platform.
