KATRINA BARLOW

BOARD OF DIRECTORS


With over 30 years of experience in the national security arena serving in various roles in government and industry, Katrina Barlow brings a deep understanding and expertise to her work supporting customers and R2C team members in the U.S. and around the world.  Katrina dedicated the first part of her career to government service as a CIA officer, focusing on intelligence collection against high priority topics in domestic and overseas assignments.  She continued working for the intelligence community with SAIC, managing several government programs, capturing new business, and rising to Vice President for an operation focused on national security threats. At SpecTal, Katrina served as Vice President for Government Programs, leading several successful competitions, making a significant contribution to the company's dramatic growth, and providing leadership for the company's largest programs. 

Katrina was one of R2C's founders. As Chief Executive Officer, her leadership resulted in the rapid development of a highly profitable company with excellent credentials in intelligence analysis and data governance. She played a key role in BE's acquisition of R2C in 2017.

Katrina maintains a unique combination of experience in corporate management and strategic planning as well as onsite consulting for U.S. national security agencies. As a consultant, Ms. Barlow developed and coordinated intelligence programs, analytical studies, collection support briefs, and policy option papers on a variety of foreign affairs topics including cyber threats, counterterrorism, and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.    She is recognized for her results-driven approach to problem solving and for successful leadership and team building in high pressure work environments.

Katrina holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Anthropology and Environmental Studies and a masters degree in International Business and Development from The American University.
