BRANDY JACOBY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Brandy spent over 20 years building a career in the commercial banking industry. She served as a Virginia and DC Market President where she specialized in analyzing and lending to government contractors. During her tenure as a banker, Brandy built a large portfolio of small and mid-sized government contracting clients whose businesses she came to know intimately through thorough analysis. She helped her clients grow their businesses and ultimately worked with several of them as they navigated complex M&A transactions. She was recognized by SmartCEO as one of the Top Bankers in the Mid Atlantic.
In 2014, Brandy co-founded RenXTech, formerly Renegade Technology, and served as the Chief Financial Officer. She managed all corporate operations with a focus on protecting and growing the company while simultaneously providing a platform that was employee-focused. As a result, RenXTech attracted highly skilled talent on sought-after programs in the intelligence community and in the commercial sector. As such, RenXTech became a dynamic and highly respected partner within the markets it served, propelling the company’s growth exponentially year over year.
Brandy’s leadership helped Renegade Technology become recognized as Government Contractor of the Year in 2018 by SECAF. She also played a major role in Renegade’s recognition and award as a World Class Supplier in 2019 by one of their largest partners, a Fortune 500 company that is ranked as one of the Top 5 of Defense Contractors.
Through Brandy’s efforts to build a platform that attracted both clients and top performing contractors, revenue grew at an average of 130% each year since inception. In addition, she focused on EBITDA growth and produced a balance sheet that supported the company’s dynamic year over year growth without any capital investments. In November 2021, RenXTech completed an M&A transaction with Buchanan and Edwards in which Brandy represented and negotiated for RenXTech. The two like-minded companies shared similar values which focused on employees that are driven by mission success.
Brandy graduated from Strayer University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
