As part of a corporate-wide recruiting initiative, B&E hosted a recruiting information session for the graduate students at the University of Maryland. College recruiting events are a wonderful opportunity to create awareness about B&E with the students, but also to build an ongoing relationship with the university. Some of today’s top universities are filled with many talented individuals that may not be exposed to a career outside of the Fortune 500; opportunities which they may actually prefer.
